Some background about Grandmaster Sin's Seminar
I first heard about cotton fist in 1990 and I have been waiting to see it ever since. Master Bill heard about it in the late 60's and he has been waiting that much longer. I am a student of science and so I take a unique approach to digging into a form. I can tell you that forms like lost tracking, pick and play and the shaolin birds are very unique in their movement and strategies. Cotton fist fits into this category and I have been practicing first and second road about 25-50 times a week since March. I love them more each day and I think you will too. Once you learn them at this seminar you can ask me in any class and I will happily do them both with you at the end of class. Any chance to get in another couple reps. Legend has it this system was created by Fa Mulan and is based on the Cottonwood tree and how the cotton explodes from the fruit and then effortless flies everywhere. You will definitely see how the contraction and explosion are built into the forms. You do not have to have taken the 1st two roads. Any rank adult student of kung fu or tai chi can take these. Any junior black belt can also register. Until February 10th at midnight, after that, $90 for one or $180 for both
Open to all ranks, kung fu or tai chi. No pre-requisites, kids junior black and up can take it too.
3rd Road, Rapid Step Hammer Strike $75 early bird.
4th Road, Impossible Crazy Legs $75 early bird.
Until Feb 10th at midnight, after that, $90 for one or $180 for both
