Saturday February 27th we will be holding our annual Shaolin-Do Tournament at Murchison Middle School on Hart and Far West. The morning and afternoon are filled with people of all ages, both genders and all ranks competing in sparring, open hand forms, weapon forms, even t'ai chi!
It's always an incredible experience and a positive one. The emphasis is never on winning, but on facing fears, testing your skills and supporting your friends and classmates.
We cap it off with a demonstration at 7pm rivaled by no other in creativity, skill, variety, & rich examples of our Shaolin-Do lineage and history - all set to some awesome music! We have a blast!! Grandmaster Sin will be in attendance throughout the day.
If you've ever been interested in martial arts or in joining Shaolin-Do, this is a great opportunity to check it out and see what it has to offer. You'll see that the wealth of material is more than sufficient to keep you challenged, interested and motivated for as long as you wish! You'll get a real feel for what the teachers, students and Master Joe are like, as he emcees the event.
