3pm – 5pm: Southern Shaolin Temple Praying Mantis. Register here. More info below.
10AM – 1PM: Wu Style Tai Chi Sword
This is the first Wu style Tai Chi form Grandmaster Sin has ever taught!
He describes it as the most circular and smooth Tai Chi form to date, full of beautiful circular movements with the potential for a dynamic burst of energy. This form can be used for rank advancement from 3rd to 4th degree black belt.
The creator of this form belonged to the highest level group of Yang Lu Chan’s (the Yang style founder) students. It has the foundation of Yang but includes elements of Chen style. It will be a great addition to your collection of Tai Chi forms to practice and expand your knowledge.

3PM – 5PM: Southern Shaolin Temple Praying Mantis
In the past, Grandmaster Sin has taught a number of Northern style praying mantis forms (10+), but this will be the first from the Southern style.
It focuses primarily on striking pressure points, has 11 sections and 53 postures. The strikes are very direct and clear to see the applications, especially when combined with Grandmaster Sin telling us exactly where to hit. The sections are short and this will become one of those forms you love to practice and remember with greater ease. The moves can be drilled as the form or as short combination sequences.
