In addition to lots of kung fu, skills/drills, bag work and sparring, that will help them advance in their own training, they will have some cool arts and crafts with our resident crafty black belt, Joanne. They will have story time with Master Joe who will tell them some stories from the temple, from Grandmaster Sin, and his own experiences. They’ll hear some great new books from Master Evette. We’ll have a visit from one of our own 5th degree black belt masters who just happens to be the best selling, award-winning author of over 40 books for kids & teens (she also writes under the Conner Hoover synonym), Master PJ Hoover! The kids will also help create a screenplay, and perform in a kids camp mystery movie. They will learn some tai chi and do daily meditation. They’ll play relay games and even have some downtime for movies, reading or drawing.
