This is one of the most beautiful forms in our system.  It will instantly become one of your lifelong favorites. Students have won competitions with this form many times, and Master Joe performed it in the Shaolin Temple in 1998.

15th White Crane

Thursday 1/27/22 6:30PM to 8:30PM

Open to any adult in kung fu or tai chi, and any kids at brown belt or higher.

This form has been only rarely taught out and is a very different form from the 14th crane form. It is abut the same length but in many ways a bit more physically challenging. It will be something to challenge and develop you over the years.
