About Dr. Joe Schaefer
Dr. Joe Schaefer holds a Ph.D. in neurophysiology from UT Austin and has been teaching Tai Chi and the internal martial arts for 35 years. He has presented this content to organizations across Central Texas, consistently earning strong reviews for making complex neuroscience accessible, practical, and immediately useful.
He is also the author of the soon-to-be released book, The Glass Wall. It sythesizes Tai Chi, Chi Kung and the internal martial arts with the neuroscience of stress, performance, and presence to give you real world tools of personal transformation.
