This Year’s Form: Dharmo Sword
This year’s women’s retreat is August 3rd at 4:30pm, held at the North Austin School. Open to all Shaolin women and teen girls.
This year’s retreat will be split over two dates:
– The first half of the kata will be taught Sunday, August 3rd at 4:30, and will also include a workshop covering the book “Untangled”by Koshin Paley Ellison. This is my favorite go-to book when I’m feeling a lack of direction or peace, so I’m excited to discuss it with you. You’ll want to get a copy (library, half-price books, online,… and start reading it soon.)
– The second half of the seminar will be Sunday November 2nd, at 4:30. It will cover the second half of the form, end of year sanity, new year goals and strategies and will also be a potluck party.
Why two parts? This is a long form, and I want you to feel pretty competent with it by the end of each seminar. Because it’s in two parts and includes the shirt, the cost of the seminar is $90.
