Your support will go towards maintenance and upkeep of the school, as well as improving the facilities, keeping a defibrillator and more first aid on hand, and providing students-in-need with scholarships and discounted tuition.

Women’s Self-Defense Seminar
This Sunday, come learn the most effective self-defense techniques against the most common attacks with Master Sheryl. Drill them until you feel competent. Bag work too to help you realize how powerful you are and what you might need to work on. There will be a handout on safety behaviors and tips.
Open to non-students too, family, friends, co-workers. Cost is $10 per person. Register here!

10am – 1:30pm: Swimming Body Pa Kua Deerhorn Knives
Grandmaster Sin is teaching us this beautiful new internal style weapon form. It is fluid and deadly. Many of us have wanted to learn the deerhorn knives for decades. Remember to come and enjoy each section for the experience, and you will have a video dropbox link so you can practice it later.

3pm – 4:30pm: Wu Tang 18 posture Tai Chi
We asked Grandmaster Sin to teach a simpler form for the second form in August. Something that a student of any age or belt level can learn and practice. He decided to teach a new Tai Chi form called Wu Tang 18 posture Tai Chi. He says it’s unlike any other Tai Chi form he has taught and that is it fluid, smooth and circular.
Register for both here for $150, does not include the deerhorn knives.
