For those who are looking for ways to support the school, we have a regular donation link that is always open. Your support will go towards maintenance and upkeep of the school, as well as improving the facilities, keeping a defibrillator and more first aid on hand, and providing students-in-need with scholarships and discounted tuition.

You must register by April 25th to be able to attend. The head count is due into them then and the amount of food needed is determined at that point. IF you have an issue and cannot pay until May 1st, you can email me and I’ll get you in the head count and set up an automatic billing charge for you on the 1st. But I must have the information by April 25th!

Black Belt Banquet

This is THE go to event of the season! If you are a full black belt or black sash, this is your night to celebrate your achievements, your tribe, your dedication with food, friends and family!

Master Joe created this event in 2006 and we’ve had it every year except during Covid. He wanted to bring everyone together to strengthen the bonds and celebrate this incredible life-changing pathway we are all on. He never wanted it to be an event where you only came on the year you tested into a black belt level, but rather every year to help celebrate those who test and those you train and/or teach with, side-by-side every week! Black Belts and Black Sashes from all Shaolin schools are welcome!

We make zero money from this event, we only charge enough to cover the cost of it.

You get a meal =rom the buffet. We have door prizes, spirit awards, the awarding of the Pheckafo, and a fun movie of previous moments at the school to warm your heart and bring a smile to your face. And there’s plenty of time to socialize or play the games at Dave and Busters (games not included in the cost).

You can bring family members as long as you realize it’s $55/person. Dave and Busters does a head count and charges us accordingly.

Black Belt teens/children must be accompanied by an adult, not dropped off.
