SENIOR TAI CHI – Fridays 11AM to 11:45AM
Class Begins Friday 10th
Master Sheryl will lead a class with breathing and meditation components (Chi Kung), and focus on teaching Seniors the postures, balance, and movements of Tai Chi.
ADULT KUNG FU – Fridays 12:00 PM-12:50 PM
Class Begins Friday 10th
Master Sheryl will lead a beginner Kung Fu class that will cover:
- Warm-up and stretching
- Stance & Kick Basics
- Self-Defense techniques
- Kung Fu sequences (forms)This class is designed to be a once-a-week class, but students can enroll in our unlimited plan to access other time slots as well.
