It has been known for decades that transformational mental experiences rely on our expectations as well as the setting and overall atmosphere. For this reason the atmosphere of this experience is very inclusive, nonjudgemental, warm and welcoming. We will have hot Chinese tea, fresh locally roasted coffee, and filtered water at the beginning and throughout class.
