Kids Class Instructions
We are using ZOOM (an online meeting platform). It is free to you guys and allows for us to both teach your chidlrend and interact with them if you have a camera on your laptop or device.
Most Classes There Will Be TWO ZOOM Meeting Rooms. This allows for more belts to meet at the same time and for us to focus your workout on belt level appropriate material.
