Two Unique Tai Chi Programs For Seniors
1. Learning Tai Chi
Complete Internal Tai Chi Curriculum
These classes are 45-50 minutes long. This is a path that will offer you personal growth and interest for as long as you attend. It covers multiple Tai Chi forms and will motivate you to learn more and more about this ancient practice. In this program you will LEARN Tai Chi and be able to practice it daily on your, not just when following along with a teacher. Many seniors in this program stay for years, reach advanced levels and even help with instruction.

2. Doing Tai Chi
Our Balance and Breath Program
This class is 30 minutes long. You will follow along through the gentle movements of Tai Chi and enhance your health and energy with Chi Kung (breathing) exercises. The focus in the class is experiencing the exercises during the class time and not having you memorize the movements and complete sequence. The focus is to “Do” and not “Learn” Tai Chi.
Nervous about being able to learn Tai Chi, or maybe have tried learning from youtube videos or DVD’s and been frustrated. This one is for you! As you become more confident and want to increase your skill and knowledge you can always switch to the other program.
