This page was initially put up during the pandemic when all classes were virtual, so there is some silliness going on in the background of our videos. 🙂
Parents
We have filmed a short 11 minute workout for all levels. If your kids just do this workout this week it will help keep Kung Fu in their minds.
ALSO
You can have them watch the Adult Kung Fu forms SECTION ONE and/or SECTION TWO. Master Ben filmed both of these.
SECTION ONE (Tigers White/brown stripe and higher. Dragons all levels) – Have them practice through with him 3-5 times
SECTION TWO
Short Katas 1-10. This works for Tigers Yellow/white stripe and higher. They might not know them all, just have them try the movements. Dragons yellow stripe and higher.
Kids Kung Fu
I filmed a 25 minute workout that will get you really sweating (It did for me). When you are finished you can then go the next section and work on a few new moves for the week.
Start the video and then pause it to warm up and stretch and then re-launch and spend 25 minutes with me. WARNING – we end with 49 reps of I Chin Ching #3

Yellow Belts – Tiger, staff swings
Blue Belts – Staff kata (first half)Green Belts nunchuka 9-16

Whatever you end up working on, repeat that section at least 10-20 times to really get a handle on it.
